Barbara and Brian were so fun to take pictures of! I loved their playfulness during their session. These two have such an amazing story of how they met. Barbara lives in Salem, OR and Brian lives in Safford, AZ. Brian’s brother wanted to set these two up for quite some time but it never worked out. Finally Brian decided it was time to fly to Oregon and meet Barbara. He didn’t let her know he was coming but had every hope that he’d be able to meet her while he was in town. Brian’s brother asked Barbara if she was free that weekend to meet his brother but she had plans with a girlfriend to go to the beach house on the coast. She said maybe she could meet up with him on Sunday when she got back. So Barbara and her friend headed to the coast and their first stop was Goodwill In the pants aisle, Barbara moved 3 pairs of pants on the rack and then looked up and saw Brian’s brother and a man who was obviously Brian! She quickly ducked down where she wouldn’t be seen and snuck to the bathroom to talk to her girlfriend. She told her friend that she wasn’t ready to meet him right then and there. Her friend told her “Too bad! Get out there and meet him!” So she did and the rest is history. Who knew you could find a husband at Goodwill?!

AnneMarie & Ryan were so much fun to photograph! They are getting married in about 2 years in Hawaii on the beach. They brought a few different outfit changes which I highly recommend to add a little more variety to your engagement pictures. She asked me if they had the record for the most outfits brought to an engagement session….they just might LOL! AnneMarie also brought some adorable signs she made that made me smile . At the end of the evening, we decided to end the night with some road pictures. In the last road picture posted below you will see a car coming up behind us. We saw it and moved out of the way well before she reached us but she had to honk at us very long and loud as she passed. I think I even caught the evil eye from her but it was well worth it!

Aviva and Adam came down to visit family in Arizona all the way from Canada. While they were here they wanted to get their engagement pictures taken. Aviva really wanted desert scenery for her photo session and wanted it to look like something you’d never see in Canada. We chose this location and it definitely “feels” like Arizona! I really enjoyed the fun photo props that Aviva wanted to incorporate into the session….so fun!
